Nvidia partner Bizlink buys Blackstone’s Interplex data centre unit for $850 million
Bizlink Holding, a Taiwanese manufacturer of cables, connectors, and power distribution systems, has agreed to buy the information and communications technology unit of Blackstone’s Interplex for $850 million in cash.
