Translated captions in a Chrome extension: tab audio in MV3, and one stream instead of two services

I build a Chrome extension on my own that shows translated captions over a Meet, Zoom or Teams call running in a browser tab. No bot joins the call; the audio comes from the tab itself. Below are the three things that took the most time.
