Fernando Mendoza earned his first reps as an NFL quarterback last week during the opening game of the Las Vegas Raiders’ preseason. The first overall pick of the 2026 NFL Draft has not been named as the starting quarterback for the Raiders ahead of their opening game against the Miami Dolphins.
