Sheri Herman, a cable and digital media pioneer who helped launch E! Entertainment TV, died of heart failure Aug. 6 in Florida.
She also worked at TCI for John Malone and at Access Entertainment Network before her career was cut short by a car accident.
The star has seemingly dropped the second half of her famous moniker.
The former Heisman runner-up was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010.
